From the past few weeks, I couldn't help but think if how I feel when being outside during this time and I've begun thanking myself for taking this time to be outside away from other distractions. Often  I couldn't it reinvigorated my love for going on walks. I forgot how it brings clarity when I feel that mental fatigue and how it's a great way to feel grounded in mindfulness.  Mindfulness doesn't only equate to the idea of meditation I have previously thought, it feels more natural to take a reflective pause outside in a space surrounded by nature than sitting on the ground in the room, the fresh air feels clear and like it clears space within my mind.
